Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for ServiceNow ITSM and process enhancements.
- Exhibit expertise in ServiceNow functionalities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, producing detailed documentation.
- Engage with department subject matter experts (SMEs) to implement and assess process improvements using ITIL, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Interact with various state agencies to design and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and enhance the usability of agency Self-Service Portals.
- Generate comprehensive reports and conduct data analysis for management insights.
- Prepare technical training materials and mentor others on ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
- Assist in project coordination and provide backup support as necessary.
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Utilize MS Office, process modeling tools, and the MS Power Suite (e.g., Power Automate) effectively.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL and process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to produce detailed documentation and perform data analysis.
