Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the functionality of the Child Welfare Information System (CWIS) to create and deliver comprehensive training solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Training Lead, Agile Teams, Development Team, and relevant subject matter experts to ascertain training requirements and design course materials.
- Develop and maintain training materials that cater to adult learners, ensuring both classroom and virtual training sessions are effectively facilitated.
- Create and revise Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts to enhance the instructional materials.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum design and the development of training materials tailored for adult learners.
- Proven experience in producing interactive media presentations to enrich the online learning experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing Learning Management System (LMS) technologies, including Moodle, as well as knowledge of XML and HTML.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and exemplary analytical skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications in training or instructional design will be considered an asset.
- 3 years of experience in engaging adult learners through effective training methodologies.
