This position will be instrumental in developing and delivering effective learning solutions that enhance the capabilities of professionals overseeing Child Welfare programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the functionality of CWIS to create and deliver comprehensive training materials.
- Facilitate engaging and impactful classroom and virtual training sessions for diverse groups of adult learners.
- Collaborate closely with the Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, Development Team, and various subject matter experts to ensure training materials meet organizational needs.
- Develop and maintain templates and scripts using Adobe FrameMaker to support instructional content.
- Revise and update training materials based on participant feedback and evolving requirements.
- Travel statewide, up to 30% of the time, to conduct training sessions, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to translate system functionalities into effective training content.
- Proficiency with Adobe FrameMaker and eLearning development tools.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating training for adult learners.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
- Proven experience in instructional design or training roles.
- Familiarity with Child Welfare programs or related systems is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Compensation And Benefits
