Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively in a team setting to develop multiple solutions concurrently.
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements to our Dynamics 365 CRM in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide essential training and documentation to facilitate the rapid changes occurring within the system.
- Create, deliver, and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across the organization.
- Engage with other development teams to utilize existing functionalities and shared components.
- Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms, views, dashboards, and charts.
- Manage Dynamics CRM entities, including entity ownership and properties.
- Configure and implement field customizations and entity relationships.
- Develop workflows, business rules, and business process flows to optimize efficiency within the system.
- Expertise in advanced customizations with JavaScript, web resources, plugins, and similar technologies.
- In-depth understanding of workflows, business rules, business process flows, and Power Automate capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Model Driven Apps.
- Proven experience with Dynamics CRM/365 and Model Driven Apps for a minimum of 5 years.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM/365/Model Driven Apps.
- Strong foundation in software development practices and advanced customization techniques.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
