Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and technical personnel to deliver essential functionality for AWP Preconstruction and CRL modules.
- Perform a wide array of tasks including system administration, report writing, automated testing, and interface development.
- Execute technical work adhering to best practices, including source code maintenance using GIT.
- Analyze and evaluate AWP in line with requirements, providing recommendations based on technical expertise.
- Develop and modify custom reports using AWP’s Active Reports tool.
- Work within an Agile SCRUM team, breaking down development tasks into manageable backlog items.
- Proficient in SQL, C#, .NET, Python, and PowerShell.
- Experience with web application development using LAMDA.
- In-depth knowledge of SOLID principles in software development.
- Proven ability to translate business user specifications into effective COTS application configurations.
- Familiarity with the AASHTOWare project tools and processes.
- Technical expertise in specific AWP functions and DOT business processes.
- A demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive programming and analytical tasks independently.
- Experience working directly with state DOT customers is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred or equivalent experience.
