Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with all members of the Global HR Team and corporate executives.
- Provide comprehensive recruiting services for our U.S. locations.
- Assist in global staffing initiatives to attract top talent.
- Enhance employee engagement through recognition and activity programs.
- Support employee development and training initiatives.
- Participate actively in new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Offer support in compensation and benefits administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist leadership experience or at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner in a corporate setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR management, business, or a related field; equivalent education and experience are also considered.
- Proficient in full-cycle recruiting with strong online capabilities; familiarity with ADP WorkforceNow and LinkedIn is highly preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP WorkforceNow.
- Knowledge of Affirmative Action and employee onboarding methods is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 5 years of relevant HR experience, showcasing leadership capabilities.
- Full-cycle recruiting proficiency and hands-on experience with HRIS systems are essential.
