Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with a Global HR Team and corporate leadership to deliver strategic HR initiatives
- Facilitate recruiting efforts for U.S. locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Provide support for Global Staffing initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Drive Employee Development and training initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities
- Participate in new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Offer guidance on compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitiveness
- Demonstrated leadership experience in HR Generalist functions or as an HR Business Partner
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, particularly utilizing advanced online platforms
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with ADP WorkforceNow is highly valued
- Knowledge of Affirmative Action regulations and effective onboarding practices
- Proven capability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential
- A minimum of 5 years in HR leadership roles or at least 2 years as an HRBP in corporate environments
- A bachelor’s degree in HR management, business, or a related field is required; equivalent experience may be considered
