Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, definition, and documentation of requirements related to data, workflows, and business processes.
- Document assigned program and project deliverables to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Collaborate with clients for the re-engineering of business processes.
- Create and design SharePoint and web-based content management deliverables to support newly engineered business processes.
- Develop and deliver training materials for updated business processes and IT applications.
- Provide limited support for new business processes during their implementation phase.
- Assess feasibility and compatibility of requirements with existing programs and projects.
- Facilitate coordination and leadership among project team members as necessary.
- Work with clients to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications and processes to meet user needs.
- Ensure quality control for program and project deliverables.
