- Serve as a vital resource in Readiness and Implementation Support initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Readiness Lead to facilitate meetings and conferences.
- Foster effective communication between state and county staff regarding CWIS-related concerns impacting Child Welfare.
- Coordinate with other CWIS business, policy, and project teams to troubleshoot issues and report errors or unexpected outcomes.
- Guide new users in navigating and submitting data into the CWIS, leveraging policy subject matter expertise.
- Engage in significant travel throughout the state to meet with stakeholders and provide crucial support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in change management.
- Strong command of Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Preferred knowledge of NC Child Welfare policy, as well as familiarity with SharePoint and JIRA.
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or hold a green card.

- This is a contract position offering compensation of up to $22/hour (W-2).
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to state protocols.
- Per diem is provided directly to the contractor, and most hotel costs are direct billed through the state.
- Contractors may use their personal vehicles for travel and will be reimbursed for mileage.
