- Plan, implement, and administer identity and access management services across the organization.
- Manage user access to systems, applications, and data, collaborating with various departments to ensure proper access entitlements.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on identity and access management metrics.
- Train users on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
- Investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Document security requirements and monitor current access management processes.
- Provide insights on security requirements for procurement documents.
- Comprehensive understanding of IAM concepts, including SSO, role-based access control, and identity federation.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and DNS.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to IAM.
- Strong project management capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in dynamic programming languages like PowerShell and Python.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management or a related discipline.
- Preferred experience with IAM tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD.
- Certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) are advantageous.
