Job Title: IAM Administrator - Identity and Access Management Systems Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IAM Administrator to join our team on a hybrid basis in Dallas, TX. This role entails planning, implementing, and managing the identity and access management services across the organization. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our IAM program adheres to organizational standards while contributing to the security of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and administer identity and access management services across the organization.
• Manage user access to systems, applications, and data, collaborating with various departments to ensure proper access entitlements.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on identity and access management metrics.
• Train users on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
• Investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Document security requirements and monitor current access management processes.
• Provide insights on security requirements for procurement documents.
  
  

Required Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of IAM concepts, including SSO, role-based access control, and identity federation.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and DNS.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to IAM.
• Strong project management capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in dynamic programming languages like PowerShell and Python.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience with IAM tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD.
• Certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) are advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive W-2 rate of up to $55/hour.
• Hybrid work environment with an on-call requirement for two days per month.
• Less than 10% travel is expected.
