- Assist customers with computer hardware and software inquiries, including installation, troubleshooting, and support for various applications
- Strive for First Contact Resolution to efficiently resolve customer issues
- Provide operational support for user identity management, system access, and password management through Active Directory
- Develop and maintain documentation for Knowledge Articles within the Knowledge Management Database
- Adhere to Incident Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management policies for effective service delivery
