- Conduct asset inventories and execute imaging and PC setup tasks on-site.
- Oversee system environments, focusing on operations, troubleshooting, and security measures.
- Analyze system logs to identify and resolve potential issues swiftly.
- Facilitate the migration and integration of emerging technologies within existing systems.
- Manage user accounts effectively, ensuring optimal access and security.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving desktop-related issues.
- Experience with software installation and system configuration.
- Strong analytical capabilities for asset record management.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning within IT environments.
