- Partner with program and project sponsors to strategically identify and prioritize initiatives at the division level.
- Design and enact a robust governance framework for the Division of Public Health’s data modernization program.
- Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to develop and refine a comprehensive modernization roadmap.
- Identify data requirements and support the crafting of necessary dashboards and visualizations.
- Manage vendor engagements and coordinate resource allocations across various projects.
- Monitor and present program progress, risks, and relevant updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to State IT Roadmap and compliance with security protocols.
- Proven capability to develop and communicate a strategic vision for data management.
- Extensive experience in program management, particularly with intricate technology programs.
- Familiarity with modern data architecture, including data lakes and warehouses.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills to drive project success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
