Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and requests for password assistance through telephone and electronic communication.
- Diagnose problems, categorize issues, prioritize tasks, troubleshoot effectively, and provide guidance to end-users.
- Collaborate with fellow Help Desk team members to resolve complex issues, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Maintain a high standard of customer service while working within a Microsoft Windows micro computing environment.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.
- Familiarity with the Office 365 suite.
- Understanding of ticketing system software.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing user-related issues.
- Basic computer literacy to assist users effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one (1) year of customer service-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Full-time employment with a schedule of Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
