Key Responsibilities
- Decompose and manage tasks across various technical projects to ensure clarity and focus.
- Prioritize and monitor the progress of work items and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
- Deliver high-quality work items and accompanying documentation to clients.
- Establish and maintain CADD guidelines and workflows for department-wide systems.
- Document assigned program and project deliverables meticulously.
- Collaborate with clients to align and enhance business processes.
- Create and present training materials as required.
- Oversee maintenance and quality control for the team's register of project tasks and deliverables.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience within IT-related initiatives.
- Proven aptitude for creating clear and concise technical training materials and documentation.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying complex processes clearly.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with the application development lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of engineering design processes and transportation lifecycle business processes.
- Experience with AGILE development methodologies is preferred.
- Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders.
