Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely, effective, and professional support for all SharePoint-based applications within the ECM portfolio, facilitating the NCDOT transportation lifecycle.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries and issues through ServiceNow, ensuring prompt service.
- Swiftly resolve end-user challenges, involving technical specialists as necessary.
- Develop and distribute documentation to assist users in troubleshooting common issues.
- Collect and report critical issues during daily executive status meetings.
- Proactively create new sites for various projects and maintain access groups for stakeholders.
- Conduct annual audits of access groups to verify member accuracy and update contact details.
- Approve access requests for project sites and coordinate with users for Conceptual Express Designs and Preconstruction Projects.
- Assist in the testing of new application development features on an ad-hoc basis.
- Minimum 10 years of substantial experience with SharePoint, preferably SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint SE.
- Proficient in Active Directory and SharePoint security group management.
- Familiar with ServiceNow and adept with Microsoft Teams and Office tools, including Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- 10 years of relevant experience in SharePoint operations and support.
- 3 years of preferred experience with NCID and NCDOT.
- Preferred familiarity with GIS, ProjectWise, or HiCAMS.
