- Collaborate with the IT Business Transformation Analyst to create effective documentation and training resources.
- Design and develop policies and procedures that align with best practices in the IT industry.
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, ensuring their relevance and accuracy.
- Develop e-learning modules that facilitate seamless knowledge transfer.
- Engage directly with IT staff to assess their training needs and refine instructional materials.
- Support the onboarding process for new IT employees by providing essential training resources.
- Exceptional writing and technical expertise, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient understanding of English language structure, grammar, and composition rules.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate information and extract critical insights.
- Solid time management skills, ensuring timely delivery of training materials.
- Familiarity with technology-related terminology and concepts.
- Demonstrated experience in developing policies and training content, as well as using workplace e-learning tools and Microsoft Word.
- ITIL knowledge or certification is essential.
- Experience with Articulate for e-learning development is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in technical writing or related fields is required.
- Proven history of developing training materials and documentation in the IT sector.
