Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor teams and leadership on effective Scrum processes, practices, values, and necessary interactions to drive continuous improvement.
- Enable teams to become self-organizing, cross-functional, and accountable, assisting them in achieving their Sprint goals.
- Facilitate essential Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe events, while proactively removing impediments and addressing issues beyond the team’s control.
- Lead the planning and execution of development efforts for multiple products, ensuring high-quality delivery standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum/Flow Masters, Developers, and Stakeholders to refine backlog items and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Manage and assist with requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation of the Cúram/Java web-based software application.
- Involve actively in resolving business and team conflicts, ensuring active participation of Product Owners in business decision-making processes.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Strong coaching abilities and leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
- Proficient in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Kanban events.
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities to resolve conflicts and technical issues efficiently.
- Experience in backlog management and requirement gathering, with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban Flow Master.
- In-depth understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Ability to estimate work effort and refine prioritized backlogs collaboratively.
- Proficiency in facilitating Agile ceremonies and events.
