- Collaborate in the creation of a strategic customer roadmap.
- Establish and document comprehensive processes supporting all areas of responsibility.
- Develop use case scenarios to facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Manage various priorities and projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Author and refine test strategies, test plans, and corresponding test cases.
- Generate ad-hoc reports, data queries, standard reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
