We are currently hiring an Administrator for our Assisted Living / Adult Care Community to join our passionate team.
Annual Salary Range : $75,000 - $83,000 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus : $5,000

Key Responsibilities :
Manage and supervise the Adult Care Facility Program, ensuring the highest standards of care.Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational tasks within the facility.Implement and enforce policies and procedures, and create new policies as needed.Lead the recruitment, hiring, and retention of staff for the Assisted Living Program.Supervise clinical staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents.Drive marketing efforts for the facility, fostering relationships with local referral sources, families, and visitors.Collaborate with other departments and staff to meet residents' needs and improve overall care.Requirements :
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to Assisted Living Facilities.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Availability to work weekends, holidays, or on-call as needed.Team-oriented mindset and a passion for working with seniors.Proficiency in English and ability to perform essential job functions (reasonable accommodations available).Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with residents, staff, and outside agencies under all conditions.We Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package :
