- Provide visionary leadership to the assisted living team, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of high-quality care services.
- Resident Care and Wellness:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.
- Monitor resident well-being, conduct regular assessments, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Staff Supervision and Development:
- Recruit, train, and supervise assisted living staff members, promoting professional development and a positive working environment.
- Foster a team-oriented approach to deliver exceptional care and services.
- Regulatory Compliance:
