Essential Job Functions Include :
- Assessing the nursing needs of each Resident on an ongoing basis.
- Providing supervision, instruction, and leadership with Resident care responsibilities.
- Ensuring that accurate and timely documentation is completed.
- Identifying and delegating tasks to be completed.
- Performing and documenting treatments as prescribed.
- Evaluating and communicating the effectiveness of treatments.
- Assisting in Resident / Family education as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Household Nurse, Nurse Manager, or other leadership.
