Now hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Certified Nurse Aides for both Day and Evening Shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.

Essential Job Functions Include:

• Assessing the nursing needs of each Resident on an ongoing basis.
• Providing supervision, instruction, and leadership with Resident care responsibilities.
• Ensuring that accurate and timely documentation is completed.
• Identifying and delegating tasks to be completed.
• Performing and documenting treatments as prescribed.
• Evaluating and communicating the effectiveness of treatments.
• Assisting in Resident/Family education as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Household Nurse, Nurse Manager, or other leadership.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current certification as a NYS Certified Nurse Aide required at the time of hire. Newly certified candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Prior experience working with the elderly is a plus.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be kind, patient, gentle, and organized.
• Ability to respond flexibly to the needs of the household.
• Availability for Holidays and Weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Strong computer skills required.
• A team player who collaborates effectively with all staff members.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.
• Ability to perform essential job functions (reasonable accommodations may apply).
• Ability to work independently, with integrity and professionalism, and interact effectively with Residents, staff, visitors, volunteers, and government agencies under all conditions.
