UI/UX Designer (Marketing)

• Hybrid Schedule working in Orlando, FL offices, flexible 2-3 days per week.
• Full time, Monday-Friday

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who will play a pivotal role in creating a best-in-class digital experience for our customers and prospective customers. In this role you will be responsible for understanding user needs, crafting user-centric designs and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful interfaces that drive business growth. You will also play a key role in delivering consistent brand experiences across digital touchpoints through the implementation and advocacy of a design system

Key Responsibilities

• User Research and Analysis: Collaborate with internal research team to conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing and competitor analysis to understand user needs, pain points and behaviors.
• Design Strategy: Develop comprehensive design strategies aligned with business goals, including user flows, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop mid-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts.
• Design Iteration: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Design System: Work with the Brand and Development teams to extend the brand system to websites and applications through a design system.
• Interaction Design: Design user interactions for various elements like buttons, forms, and menus to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Accessibility: Ensure that our websites and applications serve users with disabilities through the incorporation of accessibility standards.
• Design Advocacy: Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user experience throughout the development process.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX design projects.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.

Skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of user research methods, including interviews, usability testing, and heuristic analysis.
• Excellent visual design sense with attention to detail, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to create clear and logical sitemaps and user flows.
• Experience in creating interactive prototypes to test design concepts.
• Effective communication skills to present design concepts to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex user problems and develop creative design solutions.
