The FSC D&C Team firmly believes in fostering the next generation of Real Estate Development and Construction professionals by providing valuable internship opportunities that expose students to the hands-on experience and real-world challenges of Construction, helping them grow into skilled, industry-ready leaders. We are looking for a highly driven individual who will work closely with the FSC D&C Team and support the day-to-day tasks of the Project Advancement Team as well as the NYCHA Project Team. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about construction and real estate development while gaining practical, on-the-job experience.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in general document management.
- Assist in managing the project document management platform, known as Ingenious Build, for Submittal and RFI distribution and status updates.
- Assist the Project Advancement Team with preconstruction administrative tasks.
- Attend project meetings and assist in taking thorough meeting minutes.
- Visit the NYCHA project site and gain experience in the day-to-day In-unit and Common Area construction activities.
