Responsibilities Job Description
Direct, and coordinate activities for the Health Care Facility, AL, Adult Day Centers, HUD and Child Care :
Organize the functions of departments and buildings through appropriate delegation of duties.
Acts as a liaison between the governing body, corporate staff, medical staff, regulatory agencies, and facility staff.
Participates or is represented in community, state, and national associations and professional activities which define the delivery of senior housing and health services.
Assures strong census / occupancy across the campus.
Assures Financial Excellence
Promotes Employee Engagement
Qualifications
Required :
License / Certification / Registration :
Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board or
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)
