Job Summary:
Support EPMO operations through financial reporting, data analysis, financial planning, and pro forma development. Applies advanced skills to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the assigned operating unit. Extracts and validates data from various information sources and provides relevant information and recommendations to assist management in sound business decisions.
Job Expectations:
- Responsible for ensuring the EPMO drives cash impact, approving business cases, highlighting financial trends that could hinder or accelerate financial impact, and communicating financial impact of the EPMO
- Owns validation of economic impact for projects and ties to overall financial plan and P&L
- Validate, track and report on value capture assumptions highlighting relevant trends
- Prepare and analyze financial performance analysis including contract, business line, product, payer, department, and program performances as necessary
- Assist in the preparation and analysis to provide financial information regarding key business decisions and operational performance results.
- Perform financial analysis for strategic business growth opportunities and initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration related field
Experience
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance related role
License/Certification/Registration
Preferred
Education
- Master’s in Business Administration
Experience
- 7-10 years of progressive in accounting or finance related role; health care setting experience
License/Certification/Registration
- CIA
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
