The Workforce Data Processing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the Workforce Data Processing function and team to meet customer and business needs. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of workforce data and processing workforce related transactions. The supervisor will be responsible for implementation of process improvements to ensure efficient and accurate processing of employee data. This position is also a liaison with outside stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities Job Description
· Oversight of the Workforce Data Processing Team including employees and strategically sourced resources including training, work distribution, productivity management, and performance coaching
· Provides statistical metrics, identifying trends, and reporting key metrics
· Creates and maintains department process flows and standard work documents
· Ensures appropriate data governance over workforce data elements
· Continuously work to improve, standardize, and automate the workflow owned by the Workforce Data Processing function including:
· Tuition Reimbursement processing
· Employee event processing (new hires, transfers, terminations)
· Employee data changes
· Position management
· Employee accruals
· Self-service exception processing
· Develops and maintains a robust audit program, utilizing data analytics and IT automation, that detects inaccuracies in employee data and transaction processing
· Deliver direct communication to partners and stakeholders on issues or changes that potentially or certainly impact them
· Maintain liaison relationship with HR and IT to improve ERP used to maintain workforce data

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
· High School Diploma/G.E.D.
· 4 years of progressive human resources, payroll or information technology experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or information technology
· Experience in the Health Care industry
· Experience in a complex organization with multiple employee groups
· Experience in a union environment
· Lawson/Infor system experience
