Education/Experience
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Active state license required
- 1 year post-acute care experience preferred
- CPR certification required
- Participate in community health projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality
- Follow company policies and demonstrate integrity
- Follow treatment plans and modify goals
- Oversee care by PTAs and students
- Exhibit excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively in a team
