Experience
- One (1) year case work experience in a hospital, social service agency or counseling center required.
Education and Training
- Master's degree in social work required
License, Certification & Registration
- LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker required.
- LICSW preferred
Other Requirements
- Must possess sight/hearing senses or use protheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently required.
- Proven crisis intervention skills.
- Proven solution oriented and brief therapy skills.
- Knowledge of BMC/BMHC resources and community resources.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proven collaboration skills with other disciplines.
- Computer experience preferred
Schedule
- 8:00am-4:30pm
- Variable Days
- Weekend On-Call starts after fully trained
