As a resident, you will work closely with experienced nurse educators, preceptors, and colleagues to develop your clinical and critical thinking skills. You will participate in monthly educational sessions, preceptorship training, and mentoring from experienced nurse leaders.
The RN Resident coordinates and delivers high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and established nursing standards. In collaboration with medical providers, you will assess patient condition, perform procedures, and document care in the patient record.
