Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals when required.
- Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their medications, including potential side effects and interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and medication dispensation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure the pharmacy maintains a sterile environment by utilizing aseptic techniques as required.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications safely.
- Mentor and train pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

This position requires a licensed Pharmacist in Oklahoma. We also consider applicants who will be licensed soon and are willing to relocate to our community.
