Title : Field Sales Specialist
Reports to : Branch Manager
Summary
The Branch Field Sales Specialist is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives through new customer acquisition and customer retention. This position is also responsible for production and addressing customer needs as needed by the branch.
Job Responsibilities
- Generates and closes leads by generating proposals to sell lawn, pest and tree / shrub services both in-person and over the phone
- Responsible for converting recently cancelled customers back to active engaged customers
- Provide unmatched customer service by being proactive and responsive to customers
- Make recommendations to branch management and Technicians for continuous improvement and be actively involved in solution identification and implementation
- Based on customer correspondence (emails, phone calls and personal interaction), analyze customer properties and provide lawn-related solutions
- Assist branch management with developing Technician sales and customer service competencies
- Work with branch management to assure Fairway Lawns quality audits and customer service follow calls and visits are being executed
- Actively manage and update Real Green (CRM) system based on customer interactions
- Other tasks as required
Position will be an 08 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, OR 09 : 00am - 06 : 00pm (Monday - Friday w / occasional Saturday) schedule dependent upon applicant's preference.
Working hours will be spent roughly 80% performing sales outside of the office, and 20% clerical work at the office.
Salary of $18.75 an hour with an additional 10% sales commission.
