Duties
- Manage daily golf course operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist with checking in golfers and ensuring smooth customer experiences.
- Oversee the opening and closing of the bar and building.
- Operating kitchen equipment while occasionally assisting with kitchen duties.
- Assist bartending when needed
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with customers and team members.
- Enjoy a work schedule with no late nights.
Experience
No prior experience is required. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to learn and lead.
