As a Deployment Manager You Will
- Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously in various phases of the Project Lifecycle.
- Working in conjunction with Operations Management while leading the Operations Support team, actively communicate and execute opportunities to improve PMO and project management processes and tools in alignment with PMO standards.
- Act as chief liaison between Internal warehouse, vendors, inventory, finance, and sales teams to align on processes and procedures. Also ensuring expectations are aligned between all internal stakeholders. While meeting Client’s expectations

- Manage Fleet north of 200 total trucks, including negotiating rates, insurance claims, telematics, maintenance and maintenance agreements; as well as fuel
- Promote a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and process enhancement by recommending and supporting improvements to work practices.
- Prepare and deliver biweekly updates and monthly reports on project health.
- Collaborate with Service Leadership, RMs, and Site Leads to align project expectations with both regional and global standards.
- Develop and implement a roadmap to improve cost performance.
- Ensure that project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and in line with schedules.
- Report on project progress to both local and global stakeholders.
- Anticipate potential challenges, question assumptions, and identify opportunities to mitigate delays

- A minimum of two (2) years of people management, a minimum of three (3) years of Operational management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Project
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across an organization.
- Experience in coaching, motivating, and supporting teams to deliver project outcomes.
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, including meeting management and presentations.
