RESPONSIBILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE :
- Schedule & perform various interior & exterior projects as needed for private estate clients
- Ability to complete a wide range of projects, general interior / exterior repairs and renovations
- Projects can include (but not limited to) : painting, flooring installation, carpentry, full cycle renovations, construction of exterior structures and general estate level maintenance
- Basic troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues
- Managing of subcontractors as needed on a per project basis
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication with clients & company management
