Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, through warm leads, generating interest in our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be essential in driving our business forward.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Utilize CRM to track interactions and manage leads efficiently.
• Engage with potential customers through marketing efforts, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their interest level.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, appointments scheduled, and follow-up actions required, along with metrics entry and tracking.

Skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Background in inside sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and strategies related to sales.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and drive.
• Able to pass drug screening and background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
