QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
· Certification in Training and Development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) is a plus
· Experience in a training and development role is a plus
· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
· Advanced knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
· Proven track record of designing, developing, managing, and implementing successful training programs
· Strong project management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong in-person and virtual presentation skills
· Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights
· Experience with eLearning development tools and platforms
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Possess the strength and endurance to stand and walk for a full scheduled shift, and intermittently lift up to 50 lbs.
· Entail strong positive communications, along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
· High levels of personal accountability; an ability to be responsible for your own actions.
· Strong working knowledge of Company process, procedures, and policies
RESPONSIBILITIES – HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION include the following, but are not limited to:
· Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for associates at all levels
· Partner with department managers to identify specific training needs for any skill gaps
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
· Analyze individual training needs and communicate recommended path to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
· Design and create training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive learning tools
· Maintain updated training records for all associates, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
· Track training attendance, participation, and completion rates using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
· Stay current with industry trends and developments, recommending updates and improvements to existing programs as necessary.
· Assist in the creation of a positive learning culture by promoting and encouraging continuous development opportunities for associates Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtual.
· Source and liaise with external training vendors and consultants when needed.
· Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
· Monitor training budgets and process related invoices or expenses.
· Communicate training needs in a constructive manner
· Manage and drive process, operational, and system improvements in the warehouse.
· Maintain a lean work environment.
· Assist in any task requested by either the direct Manager or any person in Management.

· Maintain great communication with Team Leads to ensure smooth operations and collaboration on training

IMPROVING THE SYSTEM
All Fait Associates are responsible for documenting and fixing problems within the system. In addition, this role is responsible for improvement project participation, planning, communicating and implementing solutions where possible.
PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT
Fait will provide resources and support, relevant to the position, for education and training as needed. It is the Associate’s responsibility to seek approval, schedule and participate in education and/or training that will prepare him/her for present and future needs. A post training recap may be required.
