Job Summary
Faith Home Health & Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate, well-trained nurses’ aide dedicated to the highest standards of care and professionalism. As a Hospice Aide, you will provide one-on-one personal care services in conjunction with other interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care for hospice patients that are terminally ill. In addition, provide assistance and understanding to the family in the home and in time of bereavement. You will have the support and collaboration of a full team of healthcare professionals!
***Seeking a full time Hospice Aide for the Wichita area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have current, valid Kansas State CNA certification.
- Have a valid Kansas Home Health Aide certification.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of CNA experience.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of hospice patient care experience, preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto Insurance.
- Have or obtain a current CPR certification.
