What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Faith Immanuel Presbyterian Church?
The Office Administrator oversees the activities of the church office and supports the needs of the church staff, committees and members. The Office Administrator greets visitors to the office, answers the phone, prepares weekly bulletins and materials for worship, supports email and newsletter communications, updates the outdoor digital sign, maintains the church Wix website, creates Facebook posts, manages the building use calendar, orders supplies and interacts with suppliers. We are looking for a candidate who is compassionate, has great communications and technology skills, and is highly trustworthy.
We offer a typical work week of 20-25 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
