Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of educational programs and activities.
- Supervise children during various activities to ensure safety and engagement.
- Provide support in behavior management to promote a respectful and productive environment.
- Facilitate sports coaching and physical activities that encourage teamwork and physical fitness.
- Offer tutoring assistance to students needing additional help with their studies.
- Implement early childhood education strategies to enhance learning experiences.
- Maintain classroom management to ensure a structured environment conducive to learning.
- Administer first aid when necessary, ensuring the well-being of all participants.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive atmosphere for children with special needs.
Requirements
- Experience in daycare or childcare settings is preferred.
- Background in special education or behavior management is a plus.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
- Ability to coach sports or facilitate physical activities is beneficial.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
