Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, as defined by DBHDD standards
- Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Must be able to read and write English proficiently.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Clean 7-year MVR and criminal record
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training to staff on how to best meet the needs of residents, ensuring high-quality care.
- Conduct ongoing staff training and development on best practices.
- Guide and advise staff on serving individuals with disabilities.
- Supervise "at-risk" individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Oversee and monitor services and supports provided to individuals in our care, ensuring the delivery of services aligns with their Individual Service Plan (ISP).
- Participate in the development and review of ISPs, making necessary adjustments to meet the evolving needs of the participants.
- Supervise the formulation and delivery of all waiver services to the participant, ensuring that services align with their goals.
- Assist with the development and implementation of Crisis Plans, ensuring participant safety and health.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety strategies in collaboration with the appropriate team members.
- Complete all required training, including SIS, HRST, and ISP training through DBHDD.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
