Job Summary:
Faithco is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage technician schedules and ensure seamless service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assigning scheduled jobs to the right technicians, adjusting schedules as needed, and calling customers when rescheduling is required. You must be familiar with the surrounding cities, have strong time management skills, and be able to think critically to optimize daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assign and dispatch scheduled service calls to technicians efficiently
- Adjust schedules as needed and notify technicians of any changes
- Call customers to reschedule appointments when necessary
- Optimize routes based on technician availability and location
- Work closely with CSRs, technicians, and managers to ensure job completion
- Monitor job progress and update the system with real-time status
- Handle unexpected changes and problem-solve on the go
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Lindale, Tyler, Longview, and surrounding cities for efficient technician routing
- Time management and organization skills to juggle multiple schedules
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability to adjust dispatch plans as needed
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with technicians and customers
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a similar administrative role preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dispatching software or willingness to learn
