What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver/Cremation Operations/Customer Service position at Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services?
Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services in Naples, Florida provides dignified cremation services for those who have lost pets We strive to provide the highest level of customer service in our industry.
We are seeking part time drivers for varying shifts, but mostly afternoons and weekends to start. Flexibility is a must. Duties include but not limited to:
1. Driver must pickup deceased pets from veterinary clinics and client homes.
2. Driver must deliver cremated ashes to veterinary clinics and client homes.
3. Perform all aspects of the actual cremation process.
4. Meet with families to explain our services/grief counsel...basic customer service.
5. Various shop/office tasks.
Requirements:
1. Clean driving record.
2. Use of GPS systems.
3. Customer service experience or veterinary work experience is a plus but not required.
4. Friendly, warm, and caring personality.
5. Clean, professional appearance.
6. Strong work ethic and communication skills.
7. Comfortable with grieving families.
Compensation starts at $18-$19 per hour depending on past experience/qualifications.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
