We are currently looking for a full-time Front of House supervisors to oversee the day-to-day operations of this unique and amazing location. EXPERIENCE
Must have over 1 year of management experience in food or hospitality industry
Must have reliable transportation and willing to go under drug test if needed
Must have leadership experience and have exceptional customer service skill
Must have high school diploma
Responsibilities
Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff members, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff. You will be responsible for maintaining a motivated and efficient team.
Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to all guests. Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Daily Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring proper set-up for service, managing reservations, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Quality Control: Ensuring that all food and beverages served meet the restaurant's quality standards and presentation guidelines.
Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels for both kitchen supplies and bar stock. Placing orders as needed and maintaining cost control measures.
Health and Safety Compliance: Enforcing health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for both guests and staff. This includes regular inspections and adherence to food safety standards.
Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Financial Management: Assisting with budgeting and cost control to optimize profitability while maintaining service excellence.
Shift Scheduling: Creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and events.
Handling Cash and Payments: Overseeing cash handling procedures and ensuring accuracy in processing payments.
Event Management: Coordinating and managing special events, parties, and large group reservations.
Collaborating with Management: Working closely with the restaurant manager and/or owner to develop and implement strategies for improving operations and guest satisfaction.
Marketing and Promotions: Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to attract more customers and increase revenue.
Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations and licenses.
Crisis Management: Handling unexpected situations and emergencies with composure and quick decision-making
Staring Pay depends on experience of the candidate.
