Assistant Project Manager

Position Summary
The APM is responsible for providing detailed, thorough support and assistance for the project managers. Primary concentration on coordinating and maintaining documentation, organization, correspondence, and communications to achieve job start compliance with sub-contractors and vendors. This starts at our initial bid invite by the client.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office equipment and related service including IT in regards to scheduling, contracts, upgrades etc. in conjunction with budget and approval set forth by Executive Management
- Create / Manage Files and Records for both company and projects affiliated for company as directed
- Assemble and Distribute Documents, Manuals or other business materials as requested
- Assist with maintain of appropriate general contractor Licenses Notarize documents as requested
- Coordinate all office meetings and special events at request in conjunction with Executive Management
- Errands as requested by Executive Management
- Create / Maintain / Update and distribute Employee Handbook with company policies and procedures in conjunction with Executive Management
- Welcome and orientation of New Employees in conjunction with process set forth by Executive Management
- Maintain expense accounts per project assigned.
- Support to Project Management department to include job cost set up and cost code / budget entry into accounting system and other project management duties at the direction of the Project Manager and Executive Management
