JOB REQUIREMENTS
CA EMT License
AHA (American Heart Association) CPR for the Healthcare Professional
Valid California Driver's License
CA Ambulance Drivers License
Medical Examiners Certificate
Clean DMV Driving Record
Perform the physical requirements of the Lift
Prerequisites for the Santa Clara Affiliation ID Badge:
Incident Command System 100 (IS-100)
Introduction to the National Incident Management System (NIMS)
Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS G606)
Weapons of Mass Destruction Awareness (Course AWR-160)
Hazardous Materials First Responder Operation (FRO)
