CA EMT License
Santa Clara EMS Affiliation ID Badge
AHA (American Heart Association) CPR for the Healthcare Professional
Valid California Driver's License
CA Ambulance Drivers License
Medical Examiners Certificate
Clean DMV Driving Record
Perform the physical requirements of an EMT & pass the Lift Test successfully
