Descripcin del Trabajo:

El rol de Axiliar de RR.HH. brinda apoyo al equipo de Operaciones. El candidato adecuado para esta posicin debe poseer habilidades excepcionales de organizacin y priorizacin, trabajar bien bajo presin y estar disponible para trabajar en diferentes horarios. Este es un rol muy dinmico y en evolucin, por lo que el candidato seleccionado debe ser rpido para adaptarse y aplicar las habilidades necesarias para completar las tareas y responsabilidades asignadas. La discrecin y la gestin adecuada de la informacin confidencial son esenciales para este puesto. La comunicacin con la Gerencia y los Socios de RR.HH. es fundamental.

Algunas de las Responsabilidades del Puesto:

Nmina y Control de Asistencia:

  • Auditar el tiempo de los trabajadores contingentes para asegurarse de que coincidan con las tarjetas de tiempo.

  • Preparar informes detallados de tiempo.

  • Ejecutar el informe de entradas faltantes y hacer el seguimiento. Recopilar e ingresar todo el tiempo faltante antes del final del da.

  • Crear y generar informes para RR.HH. y Operaciones.

Pre-Contratacin e Incorporacin:

  • Distribuir la documentacin previa a la contratacin, recopilar la informacin de nuevos empleados, asegurarse de que los formularios estn completos y los documentos entregados, actualizar el registro.

  • Realizar la orientacin para nuevos empleados sobre los procedimientos de entrada y salida.

  • Educar a los nuevos empleados sobre el uso de las herramientas de control de tiempo y autoservicio.

Ciclo de Vida del Empleado y Sistema de Informacin de Recursos Humanos (HRIS):

  • Asegurar la integridad de los datos en el HRIS (Unify) y otros sistemas relacionados con las personas.

  • Ayudar al gerente de RR.HH. con el mantenimiento de los registros personales de los empleados.

Administrativo:

  • Archivo
  • Colaborar en el seguimiento de documentos faltantes o pendientes.

Calificaciones Bsicas:

  • Experiencia en RR.HH. (6 meses).

  • Experiencia utilizando productos de Microsoft Office, incluyendo Excel y Outlook, as como otros software.

  • Flexibilidad para trabajar en una variedad de turnos y horas extra segn sea necesario, especialmente durante la temporada alta.

  • Autorizacin para trabajar en los EE. UU. sin patrocinio.

  • Bilinge: fluido en ingls y espaol.

  • Capacidad demostrada para mantener estrictas salvaguardas de confidencialidad y privacidad.

Otras Calificaciones:

  • Atencin al detalle.

  • Capacidad demostrada para realizar autoauditoras con un nivel muy alto de precisin.
  • Excelentes habilidades verbales, escritas, de computacin, comunicacin de datos y presentacin.

  • Capacidad demostrada para priorizar y gestionar mltiples proyectos y plazos en un entorno complejo y de alta velocidad.

Job Description

The HR Clerk role provides support to Operations team. The right candidate for this position must possess superb organization and prioritization skills, work well under pressure and availability to work different hours. This a very dynamic and evolving role, therefore, the selected candidate must be fast to adapt and apply the skills necessary to complete the duties and responsibilities assigned. Discretion and proper management and safeguard of confidential information is essential for this role. Communication with Management and HR Partners is a must.

Some of the Position Responsibilities

Payroll & Timekeeping:

  • Audits time and invoices for contingent workers to ensure they match the time cards
  • Prepare Time Detail Reports
  • Run the missing punches report and follow up. Collect and enter all missing time before the end of day
  • Creates and generates reports for HR and Operations.

Pre-Hire & On-boarding:

  • Distribute pre-hire paperwork, collects new hire information, make sure the forms are completed and documents turned in, roster updates
  • Conducts new hire orientation on clock-in and out procedures
  • Educates new hires on use of timekeeping and self-service tools

Employee Life Cycle and HRIS:

  • Ensures data integrity in HRIS (Unify) and other people related systems
  • Assist HR manager with maintenance of employee personnel records

Administrative:

  • Time & Attendance
  • Receives Absence requests for processing
  • All other projects and responsibilities as assigned
  • Collaborate with the follow up on missing or pending paperwork.

Basic Qualifications

  • HR Experience 6 months
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook as well as other software.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and overtime, as needed, and during busy peak season
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidential and privacy safeguards

Others Qualifications

  • Detail Oriented.
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to self-audit for very high level of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, computer, data communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, high-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skill.
