We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher in our Residential Division. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, are detail oriented, and team players.
Job Functions/Tasks:

- Schedule/dispatch COD Service Technicians
- Sell & renew service agreements & accessories
- Check emails from after hours and follow up with customers
- Answer emails as they come in
- Send out emails to Service Technicians about 1st calls and email them as requested
- Audit customers with service agreements and schedule services accordingly
- Check soon-to-be expired and expired service agreements and review with customer
- Handle payments from Service Technicians
- Monitor dispatch board
- Create and maintain service agreements
- Write invoices
- Monitor parts on board
- Accurate use of Podium
- Accurate use of company’s software program – Service Titan
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dispatch experience
- Accounting experience
- Data entry experience
- Previous experience in a fast paced, customer-focused environment
- Previous experience with escalated customer issues
- Positive Attitude
- Great work ethic
- Regular attendance and punctual
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate longevity in previous places of employment (no job jumpers)
- Days and hours are Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation. The hours can be from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Remote options are possible on Saturdays.
