Become the MBSE Team Lead at our cutting-edge Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Resource Management Area (RMA).
As one of five team leadership roles, you'll be the first line of leadership for a talented group of MBSE professionals, reporting directly to the SE Engineering Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact, driving the development and integration of the critical Command & Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) System.
Responsibilities :
- Empower a high-performing team to deliver innovative MBSE solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality results.
- Contribute your technical expertise to elevate the entire organization.
- Maintain accurate metrics and support all team staffing. responsibilities, including interviewing, performance management, and professional development.
- Lead iteration planning and review of technical products to ensure quality.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior systems engineering team members.
- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to various tasks on short notice.
- Effectively interface with team members, management, and government customers.
